►You can only win ONCE every THREE months we may waiver this from time to time,but this will be posted on the FB page.
► All competitions on FB are judged by an independent judges, their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
► By submitting your entry you agree to our terms and conditions.
► Only open to Facebook Fans of Hooligans Kids Clothing. You cannot win merely by "liking" or "joining" the page or content on the page. You may be picked and asked to email us which will lead to your official entry where further information is asked. We may not always publicly post the winners as they are emailed first. It is up to the winners to share their news on the page. We will however announce should the winners agree to this .Please understand it may therefore take some time before an announcement is made on Facebook.
Awarding Fans for being the 100th, 1000th and so on is no longer allowed and while we may have done so in ignorance in the past, we are not, by Facebook laws allowed to make this type of award.
DO NOT posts requests on other Facebook co pages to "join" Hooligans Kids Clothing Facebook page. Only refer your own friends. Fans doing so may face being banned permanently. You also risk being blocked by Facebook if you spam other walls.
► Hooligans Kids Clothing reserves the right to revoke prizes at any time should dishonest means be used to gain winnings. Competition vote exchangers and Fake profilers will be disqualified.. Even after we have announced you have won, we may revoke this if more information of your online activity becomes available. However, once a prize is despatched, it cannot be revoked.
► If a professional photo is submitted, Hooligans Kids Clothing will not be held responsible should the applicant not have the rights to the photo. It is highly recommended that the parent or guardian receive rights to use the photo prior to submission.
- We reserve the right to refuse any photo which we deem unacceptable under these terms of any other terms whatsoever. Hooligans Kids Clothing reserves the right to reject an entry after it has been loaded and is live. Entries and photos become the property of Hooligans Kids Clothing .
► Only ONE entry per fan per competition.
► You will be notified via email and your prize will be sent within 7 working days either via couriers or SA Post Office. Hampers are sent via courier and single garments via Post Office.
► Photographs must be not older than 6 months and the maximum child's age is 7. Parents can be any age.
► If a prize is undeliverable due to incorrect details, missing mail, or couriers arriving at unattended addresses, we cannot send a replacement prize.
► If we receive no response from winners within 7 days, the prizes will be forfeited.
► Hooligans Kids Clothing reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time if deemed to the benefit of the Fan Base. Please be sure to read every time you enter a competition.
